Official Giveaway Rules

Hosts. These are the Official Rules (“Official Rules”) for the Nova Maldives x Fable & Mane  (the “Giveaway”). The hosts and administrators of the Giveaway are Akita Brands Inc. dba Fable & Mane and Pulse Hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd dba Nova Maldives (collectively, the “Hosts”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram. 

Eligibility. Entrants must be 18+. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Hosts, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or agencies and suppliers (individually “Entity” and collectively, “Entities”) and the immediate family (i.e. spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each Entity are not eligible. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Hosts’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize in this Giveaway is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins at 12pm(CST) on the 11th of July 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (CST) on the 18th of July 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). 

Prize. LIMIT: ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON. The “Prize” is:

  • A 4-night stay at @novamaldives in a beach or water villa for two (2) adults

  • Fable & Mane’s full line of products

  • Seaplane transfers to and from Male International Airport to/from the resort (flights to/from origin to Maldives are not included)

The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash redemption, rebate, or equivalent will be permitted. Hosts reserve the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value, as determined by the Hosts at their sole discretion, if the Prize is or should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt and/or use. 

For the stay at Nova Maldives, the winner will receive a voucher for a four-night stay for two (2) adults, with seaplane transfers to and from Male International, in a beach or water villa, with a Full Board Plus package, valid for 24 months. Dates are subject to availability and blackout dates apply, which include but are not limited to: 18 December - 15 January, Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year and Easter. Flights to and from Maldives and any other expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner and accompanying guest. 

How to enter. Entrants must:

  • Follow @fableandmane & @novamaldives

  • Comment & tag one person who they would love to bring with them

  • Share Giveaway post on entrant’s story

  • Complete the sign-up form via the link in Fable & Mane’s Instagram bio

Winner Selection and Notification. One winner will be randomly selected from all entries and will be contacted directly via Instagram DM/email from the official Fable & Mane account. Please ignore & report any accounts claiming to be us, we will never ask you to click a link or share bank details if you have won. Any account that contacts you other than @fableandmane is spam. 

Entrant's Personal Information. If you choose to enter this Giveaway you are providing marketing consent which will be shared using secure transfer mechanisms with the Hosts. Personal Information collected by Hosts from entrants in this Giveaway shall be subject to the following Privacy Policies:  https://fableandmane.com/policies/privacy-policy and https://nova-maldives.com/privacy-policy/. 

Publicity. Participation in this Giveaway by entrant or acceptance of any Giveaway Prize by an entrant shall constitute and signify entrant’s agreement and consent that Hosts may use entrant’s social media handles, full name, city, province/territory, likeness, quotes, photo, or other personal information (collectively “Personal Information”) in connection with the Giveaway and Hosts’ promotional, advertising, marketing, or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law. Winner may be required to sign a document to this effect. 

Release. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Instagram, Hosts, Entities and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property arising out of entrant’s participation in this Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize, as well as or any claim or cause of action based on publicity rights, infringement of intellectual property, defamation, or invasion of privacy arising from any materials entrant has submitted in connection with entrant’s participation in this Giveaway.

Limitations of Liability. Hosts and Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the offer or administration of the Giveaway, including but not limited to errors in the advertising, Official Rules, selection and announcement of the winners and distribution of the prizes or the processing of entries; (5) any inability of any winner to accept or use any Prize for any reason; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. Further, Hosts reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Hosts’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Hosts in their sole discretion. Hosts reserve the right, in each Host’s sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Hosts reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Host’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Disputes. Except where prohibited, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the applicable court in New York, New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant, Sponsor or Entities, in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York and shall be adjudicated in the applicable court in New York, New York.

Winners List. Winner’s username will be posted on Hosts’ stories after the Giveaway Period.
