Hair mask
I think the formula is too heavy for my hair, going to try to just use the oil and see what happens. The mask made my hair heavy and dirty looking

Left my hair greasy
I really didn't care for the smell of this. If it had left my hair clean and and soft I could get past it but my hair was so greasy after washing I had to use dry shampoo and keep my hair up for the day. I've never had a shampoo leave my hair so oily in my life. I used the entire holiroots line for a couple of days and it never got any better. Really disappointed.

Horrible customer service
Customer service is HORRIBLE! I had a reaction (itchy scalp, rash on face) to the product and because it was open they would not allow me to return it. How would I have known that I would be allergic to an ingredient without trying it first? Again, the product was used ONLY once. Now Im stuck with a set that I cannot use. Complete waste of money. Customer service offered no suggestion etc. I responded to their email and to this day, no response!
