Why You'll Love It

Made from 100% natural ebony wood and crafted with a rounded, wide-toothed design, this comb help to detangle strands while gently massaging the scalp and increasing blood circulation to nourish the roots.

Use it on dry hair as part of your daily detangling routine, or with one of our pre-wash oils or hair masks.

To clean, we advise not to expose the comb to water, instead clean it by rubbing it down with oil a cotton cloth to loosen the grime, and a small soft brush to get the really stubborn build up.

How To Use
  • Starting from the ends, comb through gently to smooth and detangle.

  • When using our HoliRoots™ Hair Oil or SahaScalp™ Amla Soothing Serum, using circular and gliding motions, gently massage the comb across the scalp.

The Scent

Long ago in the Indian wilderness, a Sal tree stood glorious in the sun. Far and wide my stems could reach; but when the wind blows, these roots are weak. Dashmool, Dashmool I seek. Growth begins with ten holy plant roots known as Dashmool. Delight in this gift from the indigenes of India, the land of hair health & beauty.

Wish I could give 5 stars.

This is a beautiful, robust little comb. Its size is about 9.5cm (3.7in) by 6cm (2.3in), and the tines themselves are roughly 3cm (~1 in) long. It is pleasantly pocket sized and feels good in your hand.

I really want to give it five stars, but unfortunately it is not finished between the tines at the base (see photo), and is rather jagged and rough, instead of smooth. It is very unfortunate that this area should be ignored during production, given that this is the part that has to be the smoothest in order to run through your hair without snagging.

If it only was properly finished between the tines, it would be a solid five stars with zero complaints and high recommendation.

    Shame.

    Cute and handy!

Very handy comb that glides easily on scalp and hair and can detangle. However.. I wish it wasn't so tiny. It's great for travel also fits right in your palm. I just have perfernce for slightly bigger since I have a long hair.

    Petite but great comb

A great comb to massage the scalp! I love using it with the HoliRoots Pre-Wash Hair Oil.

I give it one star less because of its petite size.
